  • Smoke alarm are outside each bedroom and within other spaces to comply with the NZ Building code

Tranquility and an unforgettable view

Shimmerlake is a beautiful and spacious property which was perfect for our stay as it suited all the ages of our guests. Extremely clean and well appointed it was more like a prestige hotel. The view from the wrap around balcony was stunning at any hour of the day.

Beautiful property

Beautiful modern property just out of Queenstown. Exactly as pictured. The views were amazing! You definitely need to hire a car if you stay here as it’s about 15 mins drive to the main part of Queenstown. Everyone loved staying here and we hope to visit again!

High quality house

A beautiful property that was perfect for our family ski holiday. Cleaned to a very high standard and fitted out with quality homeware from the Le Creuset casserole to luxury bedding. This home was perfect for our large adult family with plenty of room. The only negative was not knowing that the house has an apartment attached to it with other occupants but I'd still rebook knowing this now.
